· Luxury stabling for 23 horses in two purpose-built American barns

· Safe grazing, regularly cleaned and managed by the yard staff

· Separate mare and gelding turnout with mains electric/post & rail fencing

· Insurance-compliant tack room

· Heated loo/changing room

· Trailer/lorry parking in gated, tarred car park

Qualified and insured instructors and trainers are welcome to teach at the yard.
